Studio 40 is a centre for increasing access to creative resources across South Wales, including workshops, studio spaces and events.
Studio 40 is a community-first Arts centre which aims to provide commission-free exhibitions to the local community, as well as accessible work spaces, workshops and events for local creatives.
As an organisation, we foster empathy, tolerance and diversity. By encouraging people to engage with and participate in the arts, we are helping to build a happier, healthier and safer community.
We embrace our reputation as a melting pot for the arts, and for take pride in hosting work by both local and international artists. We encourage ambition, excellence and artistic quality in both live and recorded arts. Studio 40, is situated in the town of Neath. Our lively Arts centre is sure to provide an inspiring day out for visitors.
OUR MISSION
We are an independent and sustainable group of artists and makers offering both studio space, workshops, events and a gallery space for hire. The gallery is an artist run, not for profit, affordable space. Our aim is to show fresh, engaging work across all art forms.
